What do you love most about your job?
Helping people! It's always great to see someone have their eyes opened when I teach them something new, or fix something they thought unfixable.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always enjoyed tinkering with technology and when I got the opportunity to 'tinker' for a job I jumped at it.
Why should our clients choose you?
I offer a very personal service. I will come to your home or office and do whatever we need to do to get you back on your feet or ready for the technology challenges to come.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes. I tend to like to meet clients first, but I am fully capable and able to offer a remote service in most situations. Obviously if you have a piece of equipment that is broken and requires a physical repair - I can't do this remotely. I can also be very challenging to find out what is causing problems on computers, phone and iPads without actually seeing them myself - so I'm always in favour of in person appointments.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I carry a mask, sanitiser and antiviral wipes; but mostly I will discuss with each client what they and I are comfortable with and we will come to a mutual decision as to what measures we will both take.
