Wasn't very helpful in helping with my initial query. Two months later I am still in the same position as when I engaged Hammad's services despite having paid £200+ in fees.
I still found I was having to chase and call HMRC myself even though I had named Hammad as an agent.
I have since had to terminate services as I seemed to be paying money for nothing. Hammad said he would get in touch with the relevant paperwork, I've received nothing. He said he would be in touch regarding a refund, he has ignored my emails.
So all in all I feel quite ripped off and this is the worst encounter I've ever experienced with any accountancy service.
