My friend needed some trades so I introduced him to bark and we chose a couple of trades that responded, excellent service from all, hopefully he will give a review as soon as he has time.

Chantelle and her girls did an end of tenancy clean for me. She was quick to respond to my initial enquiry and swiftly confirmed times and dates with an email. We recently needed a deep clean after a house move during a particularly stressful period. When Chantelle came around to assess the job, she was friendly, respectful, understanding and gave a very reasonable quote. We were delighted as the deep clean was completed to an exceptionally high standard. Also, due to unforseen circumstances, we needed some extra help with rubbish clearance, furniture removal and taking items to the recycling centre. Chantelle and her team completed all these additional tasks with reassurance and speed; meeting our necessary deadlines. Difficult to describe just what a great job TA'DA (Chantelle & John) did for us, we had the difficult task of clearing a very close relatives home of a large amount of furniture and a lifetimes collections of "things" On a practical level they did d great job of clearing the home and also completely "deforesting" the overgrown garden, but. ... it's not the commercial aspect that set's them apart. Bereavement is difficult and affects people differently at different times, but this process was handled sensitively and with great empathy by the team. It's always hard to trust people sometimes but I can say that not only were they totally trustworthy (and on schedule as agreed) but that we have no hesitation in using them again and will be very soon on a couple of other projects we have in mind. Really nice professional company, quoted well and provided all the answers we needed.

I was specifically looking for a cleaner who was non judgemental of my situation, and Chantelle and her team were above and beyond my expectations, they were just truly amazing, explained exactly what they were going to do, communication is key for me. I was blown away with the care and effort that they took in cleaning my home and nothing phased them at all, I recommend them to everyone I know and have since had other jobs completed by the tada team! I hired Ta'da when I recently inherited a property in St.Austell. The whole place needed clearing of old furniture and rubbish. The team are great. I don't think the place had been cleaned for 20 years but its now empty, clean and ready for sale Even got them back to clear the garden.

Had ta'da cleaning services come in and help my elderly father to deep clean his flat. Communication was great, they were amazing with my dad and went above and beyond to help him. Would definitely recommend them.

Unfortunately, I have had to resort to posting on this Facebook page to attempt to get a response from Ta'da cleaners as they have been very illusive to date. Sadly, I have not had a positive experience with Ta'da Cleaning. Having recently purchased a house and having a rental to end of tenancy clean I decided to hire a professional company to clean the new property and I would clean the old (which I did gaining my fill deposit back). Initially I obtained 3 quotes, Ta'da did not come in the cheapest but, their excellent communication and a friendly approach made me opt for them over other more affordable companies. I mistakenly inspected the clean at night and paid in full! Once I started to move into the property the reality of the lack of what had been done became apparent, for £350 I was pretty gutted. Sending very pleasant WhatsApp messages I explained my concern. I then had reclean the majority of the property and send photo evidence, before and after photos to prove the issues. Feeling like the company representative not the client I suggested we agree on a 50% refund so both parties were not at a loss. I had to fight my corner with unpleasant WhatsApp messages and we finally agreed on a refund of £175. That was 3 weeks ago now and I am still waiting for any kind of replies to my last 4 messages, voicemail and any refund. It is very rare I leave negative feedback but I would be very cautious before hiring Ta'da. Throughout the whole purchase of my first home this has been by far the most stressful and disappointing part. They have also used photos of my property on their Facebook page of some of the dirtier areas of the property, none of these were cleaned - I had to do them myself! More...

TADA called me back extremely quickly, arrived at an agreed time and cracked on with the job. Between the two of them, Chantelle and John did a great job at short notice and I would definitely go back to them again.

The windows were covered in mould and some walls, downside of Autumn/Winter in Cornwall is that it’s very wet and this accumulates every year. The ladies did an awesome job removing the mould and the windows are lovely and clean. Just to mention, I’m not usually a fan of having people in my house doing any type of work it always feels so awkward, but they were so friendly, chatty and personable it didn’t feel awkward at all. We have used Ta’Da a number of times time to help clean and declutter homes for our vulnerable clients, they are quick, genuine, kind, caring and extremely efficient and nothing has ever been a problem for them be it a full house declutter and deep clean or a quick spruce up, even went and got some shopping for one lady, and always with a cheerful smile, Fantastic girls!!
