Hi Derek, We understand your concern regarding the cost of care, our prices range depending on the number of hours required at a time and can be as little as £23.50 per hour for 24h care. We pride ourselves on quality service and great value. If you would like to find cheaper options you could consider hiring a self employed personal assistant

Why should our clients choose you?
We provide consistency of staffing and times to all clients. We observe our staff monthly with clients, all our clients receive a monthly quality visit to discuss their care / support.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As a Homecare provider we have always had high standards of infection control and all staff are provided with PPE as standard. Our staff are asked to still wear masks.
Homecare
This can be in your own home or community. We provide services from 30 minutes to 24 hours. The service can be once a week to 7 days as many times as needed.
We provide, personal assistance with personal care, medication including ordering, shopping, sitting services, outings (transport not supplied free or guaranteed by us).
All staff are trained to a high standard and we can bespoke train staff to any condition.
All packages must be assessed before commencement, we have contracts that are a minimum of 4 weeks. We do offer one of services that fall under the term ‘ respite’.
Assessments can be completed via video link. Consent to care must be agreed and signed for.
Invoices are 2 weekly.
Live In Care
Live in care packages, are individually assessed. This service provides you with a live in staff member for 7 days a week.
Live in care staff require a 2 hour break daily, we cost to provide the cover of that time within our packages but this can be covered by family also if required.
Live in staff are fully supported by their managers and monitored. We do not use any self employed care staff or agency.
Live in care is paid for in advance on a weekly basis.
Waking nights
We provide this service from 1 night -7 nights.
It is an assessed service and requires a formal assessment before commencement.
Waking nights are paid for in advance on a weekly basis.
We do not use self employed or agency staff.
Sleep In service
This is used more when safety is becoming a concern, but it is felt the customer does sleep through the night.
Sleep in staff require their own room and use of a bathroom. This service can be from 1 night to 7. It is an assessed for service. It is a fixed nightly cost with an additional (hourly) charge should the staff member be awake for more than 1 hour though the night.
This is a more cost effective way of supporting through the night without paying for waking night care.
It is a service invoiced weekly in advance.
Respite services
We can offer you respite services that includes a regular sitting service from 1 hour to live in care.
Each package is assessed.
We do not use self employed staff or agency staff.
This service can be pre booked in advance. We invoice up front for some respite services.
