Had called on SRM to reseal my shower as the old seal was wearing off and creating mould issues. Scott promptly sent one of his team who was quite friendly and spent a good about of time dealing some ot the challenges that hard water had caused. However next day I realised there were a couple of spots that needed looking into given their location within the shower. Scott himself came down within a couple of days to sort the remaining issues and made sure they were resolved for good. Great commitment and customer service. After coming back from our travels from Egypt, we come home to our garden waterlogged and realised it must be a burst pipe. Coming to realise it was our water main pipe that had a hole in it. We were going to go through the house insurance but my partner found a local drainage specialist called Scott. On the 1st meeting to the completion of the job Scott was amazing with his knowledge and thoughtlessness. Came to July house at 3.30pm and didn’t leave until 11pm to make sure the pipe was located and fixed promptly. But doing this we then had the issue of having a blocked pipe running through the feed of the water mains and an airlock upstairs. But we said to Scott to go home as he had worked so hard to sort the mess of a breakage out. The following day Scott came back to sort the rest of the issues out and all the issues were resolved. Scott came to do some pipe work where i live, and I cannot fault him from start to finish. Initially drains beaded clearing and we had two failed attempts from other tradesman that took hours, Scott had it done properly in 30 mins at the most. He’s so fast and efficient. The pipe work was clean , great work done well and in great time with little to no disturbance to me at all. He’s so polite and friendly , a really pleasure to have worked with. Highly recommend ! Scott couldn’t have provided a better service clearing our drains yesterday.

We first contacted him via recommendation at around 3pm, he arrived within an hour and work was complete by 5pm.
