We try to be as affordable as possible. Also we cater to all needs. We specialise in end of tenancy cleans and deep clean/onetime. We have worked very hard to get to where we are now. And all our staff are trained in 5 star cleaning. We respect that we are in peoples homes and like to think that we can give our best on each and every clean.

End of Tenancy Cleaning
I used Sparkling Space Cleaning Services for an end-of-tenancy clean of a 4-bedroom propert on 16 Aug 26. Despite providing a detailed cleaning list and confirming beforehand that they would return to rectify any issues, several areas were left below standard, including the electric hob, washing machine, kitchen basin, toilet extractor fan and light covers.
I provided photographs, and some issues were acknowledged, but they ultimately refused to return and rectify the work.
Very disappointed with the cleaning standard and customer service. I would not recommend their service.

Hello, we have dsigussed this several times over the past couple of days. I do apologise that you are unhappy with the service you recieved. As explained before there were contractors in the proprty that we weren’t made aware of as well the tenants furniture and belongings. We gave you a very fair price for what was asked of us as we werent aware we would have to move and also lift so much heavy furniture and keep having to go over ourselves due to comtracors literally still doing building work in the property. Weve never recieved a bad review as of yet so i can only apologise that you are not satisfied. We did also include windows and carpets in the price when a lot of companies charge extra for those services. After the job was completed you made us wait at the property for quite some time even though i explained we had another job to get to which in turn made us late for our next client. As a business we pride ourselves on being kind hard working people we put 100% into every job we do if i thought we genuinely didnt do the job to the best of our ability i would correct it but in this situation that was not the case. As always we wish you the best for the future and thank you for your custom.
