What do you love most about your job?
I like it when my client links their success to something that we worked on together. When this happens, I usually have to point out that the client did all the work themselves, taking the idea that we discussed and making it work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 25 years of building a media business, I took a short break and learned to ride a motorcycle. I went on a trip through Assam, Meghalaya and Nagaland. When I returned, I wrote out on a piece of paper what I loved doing and what I knew about. The answers were coaching people to success and how small businesses achieve success. I put these together and started my business.
Why should our clients choose you?
I respect people who ask for help. In my experience, discipline is the secret to success. First, you set your goals and focus on how you help your customers solve pains or achieve gains. Then you work out how you can do this better than anyone else. Stick to this and the results will come. Writing goals out increases your chance of success by 44%.
