We had an unbelievable dining experience with Sean and his assistant, Ian. From the moment they arrived, they were very professional, organised, and incredibly friendly.
Sean catered for 16 ladies celebrating my daughter’s surprise 40th birthday weekend, and he exceeded all expectations.
The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and nothing was ever too much trouble. It truly was fine dining at its very best; we even had personalised menu’s with my daughter’s name on. I cannot recommend Sean highly enough- it was the most amazing experience, and I will definitely be asking Sean to cook for us again. Thank you for making our evening so special and a wonderful memory for us all, and especially for my daughter.

Sean came to our home and provided a superb meal for our family (17 of us) to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary. He designed a wonderful menu to suit our tastes and every element of the meal was outstanding and highly appreciated by all who feasted on it.
Most importantly, it was a joy to have Sean in our home; he was easy going, relaxed and so well organised, the day went smoothly and we were all able to enjoy the day without any effort having to be put into the usual demands of self-catering.

Arrived spot on time, absolutely professional and my kitchen was cleaner at the end than it had been when he arrived! And the food. Wow! Sean was everything I hoped and dreamed for and then some more. He was the first person I spoke to and so as to not look lazy I kept looking. I shouldn’t have!! Wonderful experience. My friends and I were blown away. He has a really nice demeanour and was friendly, he was very clean, super flexible and just an insanely talented chef. We loved every dish. Sean had listened to what I said and made a lovely, thoughtful, and delicious menu. I cannot recommend him, his food and his vibrations more. Absolutely loved our evening with Sean. His Thermidor sauce was a game-changer, canapés, main course and dessert was exceptional!
We also added on an optional cheese course which was recommended by Sean and it never disappointed! 100% recommend!

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Its all about communication, if the the client has a idea of what they may want then we can tailor the menu to suit.

Creating dishes and menus for clients and meeting great people along the way and helping them celebrate what ever theyre celebrating in a unique way!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being a chef for over 15 years and working sround the northwest and cheshire for a lot of it. In multiple restaurants, hotels and stadium/arenas. I have a lot of requests for freelance work so made the jump to start a business where one day ill be cooking for clients in their homes and the next ill be at a stadium cooking for 10,000 hospitality clients.

Enjoy a restaurant quality meal cooked in your own home. We minimise the time were at your home, by preparing as much as we can off site and we will leave your kitchen exactly how we found it.
