Sheila is a wonderful therapist, I always felt heard and respected. She was very kind, uplifting and an absolute pleasure to chat with, even about difficult topics. Her support was invaluable to me and I plan to return again when the need arises. More...

This was my first experience of therapy and it was a great one. I was really nervous and unsure about opening up to someone but I found Sheila so welcoming and accepting. She helped me come up with better strategies for handling things and I made so much progress working with her. I cannot recommend her enough. More...
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy being a support to people as they work to overcome life's challenges and difficulties. Seeing them grow and flourish as therapy progresses is a truly enriching and fulfilling experience. I am constantly learning from my clients, as everyone has a unique background, world view and way of looking at things.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having gained valuable experience working with a number of counselling services previously (One In Four Dublin, Woman's Trust, VCS Tallaght), I decided to open my own private practice and work for myself. I love having the freedom to offer remote sessions to clients on a schedule that works for both them and me.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am passionate about my work as a counsellor and psychotherapist; my clients' wellbeing is very important to me. I draw on a combination of my studies and previous work in the field to help each client on their way to feeling better and/or making some postive changes in their life.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
All counselling sessions are online, usually via Google Meet. Virtual sessions mean you can access therapy from the comfort of your own home and there is no commuting to factor in either.
