Highly recommended!Lewis was very prompt in responding to my original enquiry for a quote as well as friendly and personable. Provided me with an interim quote from photos as well as a proposed date for the clean before we could arrange a face to face viewing and final quote.Lewis and his team must have worked like trojans on the day of the clean as you would hardly recognise the place, which was in need of a deep clean ready for sale. The kitchen in particular looks like it did on the day it was fitted. Very reasonably priced for the work involved and wouldn't hesitate in getting in touch if needed in the future and will be recommending for sure. When they were at the house, they worked around the mess of the furniture that I had not been able to clear. They managed to make things shine which had not shined in a very long time. Not only that but they did some extra miscellaneous cleaning and clearing jobs around the house, which can only be described as pure kindness as this was not part of the quote. How long have you been in business?
I began my cleaning career after leaving school in 2017, specialising in domestic and commercial cleaning. I quickly developed a passion for the profession, finding great satisfaction in seeing the transformation after every clean, and helping people restore their homes to a sparkling state. In early 2019, I decided to branch out on my own, which is where 'Scrubbed Cleaning Services' was born. Focusing on deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, and carpet cleaning. We provide all of these services independently, offering a comprehensive cleaning solution.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We provide all the equipment and products required to carry out each individual job. These are professional-grade and, where possible, eco-conscious to ensure effective and responsible cleaning.
What do you love most about your job?
There are many things I love about my profession, but my favourite has to be seeing the end result – knowing we’ve been able to help the customer transform their home or secure their deposit. Working in a small, super-friendly team is another huge bonus, which I am very lucky to be able to do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Ever since I was young, I’ve been inspired by the idea of running my own business and managing my own schedule. The freedom to work for myself while doing something I’m passionate about has always appealed to me. Cleaning has always brought me a sense of satisfaction, from transforming spaces to helping others enjoy a fresh start. Starting my own business allowed me to combine this passion with my entrepreneurial spirit. It’s incredibly rewarding to see the results of my hard work and to know I’m making a difference in people’s lives while building something I can truly call my own.
