We recently had our fire alarm system installed with Saracen and we’re really happy with the service. Mark and the team were incredibly thorough from start to finish, taking the time to assess our needs properly and ensuring every detail of the installation was done to a high standard. At the time Saracen were very patient with us as we were having issues with our builders which meant they couldn’t finish the work until the builders were done.After the installation, we had a small concern about the volume of the alarm sounders. The technicians adjusted everything without any hassle, making sure it was comfortable for us while still meeting safety requirements.
