I entrusted Saffron Apparel with several items after being assured they would only be required for a weekend to take measurements. However, these items were sent away without my permission, and over 18 months later, I have yet to see their return. Despite numerous follow-ups, I have received little to no meaningful communication.This lack of accountability and transparency is deeply disappointing. At no point have I been offered a proactive solution or even a realistic timeframe for resolution. The service has been wholly unreliable and unprofessional.While I am aware that the owner has been dealing with health issues, this does not excuse the failure to communicate honestly, uphold basic service standards, or take responsibility for the loss of my property. If the business is unable to operate reliably, that should be communicated clearly—rather than leaving customers in the dark and out of pocket. More...
