If we could leave a zero stars we would.This agency placed our vulnerable family member at serious risk on multiple occasions. Had to be reported to the authorities. They are un reliable, cannot be trusted and the management of the company is very poor.High staff turn over levels and employ Carers who have very little or no idea on how to adapt to individuals needs and no common sense.communication between the team and family leaves alot to be desired.I could go on with the issues as the list is vast!We had an absolute appalling and extremely distressing experience with this agency.Therefore, we would NEVER recommend them to anyone.This package was provided in Cumbria .Please note that most of the positive reviews have mostly been made by owners family and work colleagues, so they are not a true reflection of the service they provide. This is the worst company ever. They cannot provide a simple package of care of giving medication. Staff are not trained professionally. They cannot even do a simple task of filling in a MARS sheet so we know if the patient has taken there medication or not. Very unprofessional SO CALLED CARE SERVICE.We asked that no one goes in to a vulnerable patient unless introduced. Twice a husband and wife team came asking me for the code for the door. They were told by there so called care manager not to do this but again they came back. This should never happen. We reported all of this and nothing changed. The patient asked for laxatives and the care staff could not understand what the patient wanted and just left. There were multiple other things also. It was a good job we had a ring doorbell as we would not have known any of this as the patient has memory issues. I feel so sorry for the people who do not have anyone looking out for them and what kind of service they get (if you can even call this a care service after 7 days of taking over the care package).I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TAKING UP WITH THIS SO CALLED CARE COMPANY. Supporting people to maximize their health and life, achieve their potential and live a quality life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After about 8years of working in the healthcare sector as a carer, support worker and now a Learning Disabilities Nurse, I was able to see what works and what doesn't, i understood the importance of having trained and competent staff and its impact on patients' care and safety. I decided to establish her own team to make a difference to the people in the community.

My background as a learning disabilities nurse, means that I know the quality of care needed to be delivered, and what manner of staff are needed to deliver these effectively. Which is why at S & N flexi Agency Ltd, we operate a value based recruitment approach to select employees based on their individual values and behaviours and provide well nurtured workers who deliver safe and quality care.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our staff must complete the infection control training, covid 19 awareness training before commencing work. the majority of our staff are fully vaccinated. We listen to our clients and will respect their choice of staff.
