What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the difference my organisation makes in the life of a service user by offering them the services they require, helping them build there self confidence, and keeping in mind there independency and respecting them as individuals and there needs, the smile it brings to there face and the difference it makes is what makes my organisation a accomplishment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Always have been a caring individual, and went out my way to help anyone that needed help, I spent most of my years in the care field which helped me gain so much knowledge and experience in different aspects of care be it residential or palliative I never seen it as a pay cheque but actually wanted to help make a difference. It was something that gave me joy knowing I've made a difference in someone's day and decided to open my own organisation and continue this journey with something that I can call my own. More then a pay check its showing and understanding service users on a deeper level to understand how each individual works. I love conversating with each individual to learn more about them.
Why should our clients choose you?
My organisation is implemented in a way where we go that extra mile to help our clients and there needs and complete each task with empathy and compassion. We try to understand each clients needs on deeper level to help accommodate for them better.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All staff is aware of what measures to take when it comes to infection control, and are trained to high standards in regards to this.
