I am very pleased with the work of Rf home improvements. Although very busy, they managed to fit me in in their schedule, kept their word on the date the job had to be done and it took them just 2 days to finish it. I have now a new patio and the garden looks much better and tidy. The team works at reasonable prize as compared to other companies. Yet, still waiting for them to take away the garbage remnants from my old decking. Rob is a lovely friendly, approachable guy, but most of all very honest. Rob has been really great. He did a fairly big job, re-pointing an old chimney and the whole process was so stress free! From start to finish Rob kept me in the loop, never went back on what he agreed he would, the price or how long it will take - all of these things stayed the same from day 1 until the job was complete. Rob was able to explain what he was doing and i really felt that I could trust him which he proved I can. Robert did an excellent job of cleaning my patio, and insisted on moving all patio furniture and replacing everything afterwards.
Initially he had just come to look, but decided there and then that he could do the work. I will definitely use his services again.
