The wallpapering was done to a poor standard unfortunately. Paper was not cut straight leaving serrated edges. Some mis alignment in the pattern repeat. Paste stains left on wallpaper. You have got the wrong company, we have no records that any wallpapering was carried out in your property. Please provide names as this will help. We definitely are not the cheapest as to maintain our quality our pricing is a bit higher and customers can confirm this and also can see on our other reviews.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. CURRENTLY TAKING THEM TO COURT
Have complained to trading standards and currently taking the company to small claims court to retrieve money.
Hired the company to tile a wall and floor in a newly built ensuite bathroom and the result was disastrous. When we raised issues with the work the company because aggressive, threatening, rude, verbally abusive and refused to come back to fix the work. Indeed they left most of the room unfinished (which, when you read below is somewhat of a blessing).
Out of good faith we paid money upfront for materials and for some of the work to be undertaken. This was a huge mistake.
Here is a list of just a few of the issues:
- They didn't put a mat under the tiles on the floor. This means the tiles will crack when weight is put on them. It's the first thing that should have been done before laying a single tile.
- They didn't start the tiles with the centre line of the room so the design does not look right (it is all off centre).
- The didn't space the tiles properly. There tiny gaps between some tiles and huge gaps between others.
- Numerous tiles stick out beyond the shower wall trim because they you put too much adhesive tiles on the back so they jut out.
- They used excessive amounts of adhesive so when having a professional remove the tiles from the wall to start again it is ripping off the plaster, which means we have to pay for the room to be replastered.
As a result we are having to start the entire bathroom again with a professional tiler who comes highly recommended from the company that built our loft conversion (we should have done this in the first place).
None of the tiles used are salvageable because of the amount of adhesive they put on them so we need to buy them all again which is going to cost us more than £500 in tiles alone. Plus the cost of having the work started from scratch.
We had to tell their subcontractor not to come back to the property in response to a rude and aggressive phone call in which the subcontractor threatened my partner after he asked him to come back and correct all the the things wrong with the work listed below. The subcontractor asked for more money to return to fix the mistakes he had made, but that is not a reasonable request.
