Tank you Raptor for a very thorough, efficiant and proffessional service. Josh attended after my dog had been manic when in the kitchen for 48 hours. Came down next morning to find something had been feasting on the fruit bowl. Josh came inspected the house very thoroughly and laid traps and a bait box externaly. We caught a Rat in the kitchen trap but that was it thank goodness. I cannot thank the guys at Raptor enough. I now have a pest free home and happy dog again. Dog was going manic for 48 hours everytime she went into the the kitchen. came down following morning to find something had been feasting in the fruit bowl. Contacted a company on line who sent Raptor to Inspect The young man(Joshua) who came did a thorough assessment over the whole house( even inspecting places iI would not have thought of )and placed traps in the loft , kitchen and a baitbox outside eventhough we could find no areas that would provide external access. He had no sooner left when a trap went off in the kitchen. As i didn't want it left there husband disposed of the rat that had somehow got in. We reset the trap and crossed our fingers that we would have no more. The follow up visit has just taken place and pleased to say nothing else has been found. All we can conclude is that the dog has either spooked it or chased it and it has ran into the house finding a safe haven behind the kitchen units. many thanks Raptor for a quick, efficient, and proffessional service. We had a particularly nasty job - clearing half a metre depth of bird mess and nesting material from a church tower with poor access. Josh came on time and provided a quote promptly. On the day he was again on time with all of his equipment ready to go. The area was cleared without fuss and he was happy to explain what he found. Walked into my kitchen to find a bloody great big rat staring at me which then scuttled off to hide in a hole in the wall in the bathroom. Not an ideal situation at 6pm on a Wednesday with a 10 month old baby in the house. Josh arrived within 45 minutes and set traps. Within an hour ratty was no more. Top work. Josh then made a follow up visit a few days later to assess where it might have come from and concluded it was a one off scavenger coming in through the back door. Notwithstanding this Josh assessed the whole property (including the sewer) and helped me cut off any additional points of potential entry to be on the safe side. Lastly Josh left bait behind in the garden to control any local vermin population which might pass through. Having a rat in the house with a baby crawling about was a desperately unpleasant experience which I do not wish to repeat. Josh provided a competitively priced Grade A+++ service which is extremely rare these days. He is also a thoroughly nice chap who clearly enjoys his work. Thoroughly recommend. More...
