Home & Domiciliary Care
Excellent service all round. This company goes out of its way to provide personalised care. I have used them twice and now have a third booking.
The carer has been chosen carefully to meet our specific needs.
There is an immediate professional and helpful response to any communication with the admin department. I have no hesitation in recommending this care company.

What do you love most about your job?
We love making a difference in people lives. We are here to support people and allow them to age with dignity in the place they feel safest – their own home. We provide the compassionate, one-on-one care that people don’t receive in a facility. We enjoy hearing people’s stories and how they lived in past decades, as well as tales of places they’ve been and people they’ve met.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Purpleline care services was founded by a family comprising of nurses, carers and support workers with a wealth experience of more than 20 years. Being nurses, carers and support workers working in different settings, we have seen the need in the industry for quality home care. We have seen people stuck in hospital corridors waiting to be admitted and delayed discharges occupying beds which can be taken by those waiting for admission. Purpleline Care Services was built based around such needs. Purpleline Care Services is here to give families respite. At Purpleline Care Services part of our “why” is to increase the quality of life for the people in our care. We are about quality care, safety and security. The stories we read about people failed by services are an inspiration to us. We are about making a difference and we have what it takes to impact lives.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are a CQC regulated service, we have a public liability insurance and professional Indemnity insurance. Our CQC registered manager is a qualified nurse and experienced. We assess the needs of the client and we match the client with the right carer/ carers. We are about quality, safety, security, communication, and we will provide you with quality care. At Purpleline Care Services care given is person centred and we follow the CQC fundamental standards and Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOES). Dignity and Respect is at centre of care given. We listen to the people and their families, carers and friends. We carry out regular spot checks where we meet with the people in our care and discuss and talk about how they feel. We talk to families carers and friends of people we care for. We listen and we act promptly if a complaint is raised. All complaints are taken seriously no matter how trivial, we are transparent and we follow our complaints policy which is shared with the clients at start of contract.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Our team of carers will visit our clients in their own homes.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
we have policies and procedures (Infection Control Policy, Covid 19 Policy) which guides us and we follow the government guidelines on Covid 19. we are registered with CQC and we are always receiving updates on what is expected during a pandemic. Our Carers wear masks, aprons and gloves before attending to a client. tests are carried out weekly and results recorded. Those testing positive are taken off the rotas and can return to work with a negative result and symptom free. We have a track and trace system we implemented to keep our clients safe. This system allows us to track any visitor who may have been in contact with someone with covid 19. We maintain consistency and we do not change carers unless the client request for a change. We have essential and adequate PPE, and our staff are trained on donning and doffing and use of hand gels. We carry regular spot checks to ensure our staff are wearing appropriate PPE and using it properly. We also carry random hand washing inspections to make sure our staff are washing their hands in line with our infection control policy.
