Private Chef Artan

Thank you so much to Artan for the lovely and delicious dining experience. I reached out less than two weeks before the event about getting a 4 course meal in our building’s private dining room. The facilities require documentation for liability insurance, risk assessment, etc, and Artan was able to get these to me within 1-2 days. He was also able to accommodate our dietary restrictions (I’m pescatarian and wanted everyone else to have duck) and let me just say — I usually like to share but that tasty sea bass was all mine :D. Artan was super friendly and professional. We only had about 1.5-2 hours reserved and he was able to prepare all 4 courses for us. Artan provided an exceptional BBQ experience (for 25 people) for my big birthday!! With beautiful & truly delicious mouth-watering canapes (which went down a treat) and a BBQ FEAST (with perfectly cooked meats and fresh salads), it truly was a feast to remember. Artan was calm, professional and so supportive right through the booking from choosing options on the menu incl last minute tweaks, and on the day too (incl. cooking in the very warm heat), he really put me at ease, and allowed me to switch off and enjoy the party. Artan created the perfect meal for my celebration dinner party for 10. From truly delicious and plentiful canapés to melt in the mouth lamb and a 'tarte tatin' dessert which was amazing. Artan and his team cooked canapés and a 3 course menu for 40 people for my 30th birthday party. The food was outstanding and everyone is still complimenting, in particular the delicious beef tartare canapé, the ceviche and asparagus starters and the duck main. I will be using Artan for future parties and my mum already plans to for her 60th. It was a fantastic meal I’d expect from a top restaurant.

Artan is a completely incredible chef and I would urge everyone to book him for your parties and events. We had a group of 16 this weekend and he came up with a gorgeous three course menu, accommodating all of the various dietary requirements and requests different people had. Artan cooked for us at my mother's 75th birthday lunch, for 16 people. We also hired a waiter, Diego, through Artan. We had three types of canapés and a three course meal. It was perfect! The food was absolutely delicious and exactly what we wanted. He even wrote happy birthday in a coulis on mum's dessert plate! Artan cooked for us for my mother's 70th birthday. We decided to go for a private chef as she didnt want to go out so this was the best option for us. Artan's menu looked awesome and it didnt disappoint! We had the scallops, lamb and trio of desserts. We also had the canapes. He arrived in good time, got set up straight away and quickly served us pre-dinner canapes. They were fantastic, especially the chicken skewers and dip! The rest of the meal was very high restaurant quality, the portion sizes were big as well so we didnt feel left empty and Artan came in and described each dish as it came out. We sat down the whole evening and he served everything to us so it was like being in a resturant which was great. He even cooked some kids meals we bought for the children and served them up along with the adults' meals.

Artan then left the kitchen as if no one had been in there and cleaned up everything. Overall, it was a fantastic evening and if we did this again, we wouldn't hesitate to ask Artan back. The only thing we would have liked was to get to know Artan more as he seemed like a really nice guy, but covid meant we didnt have as much interaction as we would have liked, but thats no bad reflection on Artan, just the pandemic!

Artan stepped in to cook for 16 of my friends at very short notice. He is brilliant! He arrived exactly when he said he would, quickly familiarised himself with my kitchen and set to work. The food (scallops, rack of lamb and tarte tatin) was absolutely superb, cooked to perfection and delivered to the table with a very friendly smile.
