When I am doing painting and decorating or laying laminate flooring . What ever the work is , I always do it as I would do for my own property .

I posted an advert on bark as I wanted my whole house decorated from top to bottom. Simon answered my ad and I invited him to come and quote me for the work.
The price he gave was very competitive and he started the job the following week.
He worked tirelessly every day, often staying far longer than the end of his workday, with my permission of course. We had discussed the type of pain and colours I wanted, however if anything didn't quite match up to expectations I was able to say so and Simon was happy to listen and give his opinion and suggest a solution. He worked in a very clean and organized way and I was never left with a mess to clean up after him. The end result was a beautifully decorated home that I'm very proud of. I wouldn't hesitate to ask Simon to do more work for me, and the West Midlands loss is Preston's gain. Highly recommend 😊.

Do not hesitate to hire Simon. I had the pleasure of getting to know Simon over the two weeks he spent painting my entire 4 bedroom home before I moved into it, and what a blessing he was and continues to be.
From the beginning, his communication was stellar: he was clear on time frames, paint quantities ans cost estimates. Simon was very punctual: coming when he said he would and never leaving until he completed what he had planned to tackle that day. Simon was very helpful: he left other trades people and movers into the house for me while I was working.
Simon's priced the work extremely affordably. I think he has a soft spot for people in need. I am a struggling single mother in a tight budget. Simon was extremely good value for money because he was kind enough to help me with extra tasks such as plumbing, gardening and general housing/decorating/renovation advice.
Simon's work was immaculate. He is an extremely experienced and talented painter. He left every floor paint free and always removed any rubbish or painting by products eg empty paint cans.
You won't go wrong with Simon. He is like a fairy God parent for the DIY-inept. I have referred him to a few friends and hope to keep in touch with him for future projects.

That's just rubbish. If that was true I would not have got any 5 star ratings at all ! The real reason was that you had chosen the wrong colours for the two bedrooms and you had got me to paint over wallpaper. You didn't like the look of it , you where to embarrassed to admit you got it wrong!So to get out of the situation you decided to blame me !

Simon replied to posted by me post requesting to fit 6 internal doors. He came same day to take a look at work neef to be done and give free of charge quotation (which was really competitive).
What I liked about his work is that he kept work place room clean and always asked about my preferences when job required so, therefore at the end of the day it was no miss understandings and job was to my highest specs as I wanted.

I like to do a little more for the customer than they are expecting . Customers really appreciate that .

I realized that I was skilled in quite a few areas . It was also a real achievement to be self- employed .
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I where a mask when going to give a quote . If I get the work , I keep a mask hand if the customer wants to look closely at the work I am doing .

When deciding to decorate your home , some people have a idea of what they want . I come and bring a color chart , and I give my advice on what I think would look really good in that particular room or area . I can tell you the best place to get very good but cheap paint from . With wallpaper I can give you a few ideas . In other words don't think that you have to have an exact plan in your mind . Some people are very good with painting and decorating and need any help at all . But if you are not , don't worry I can give you plenty of ideas .
