We’re very grateful for the care and support provided. All of the carers were kind and professional, and communication was always really good. We also liked being able to see who was coming and read the carers notes on the app. They were also very accommodating with last minute requests, which we really appreciated. More...

What do you love most about your job?
We absolutely love to make a real difference in people’s lives every day. Being part of someone’s journey — helping them maintain their independence, feel valued, and live comfortably in their own home — is incredibly rewarding. We take pride in knowing that our support brings reassurance not only to clients but also to their families. Each day is unique, filled with meaningful interactions, lots of fun and the chance to bring a bit of comfort, dignity, and compassion into someone’s life — and that’s what makes this work truly special.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The team at PCS had a deep desire to make a genuine difference in the way care is delivered having had some very personal family care needs. This urged us to create a service where compassion, respect, and quality come before anything else. PCS wanted to build something meaningful, where both clients and carers feel valued, supported, and understood. Seeing the impact that personalised, heartfelt care can have on someone’s life motivated us to take that step and shape a company that reflects those values.
It’s about more than running a business — it’s about touching lives, empowering others, and leaving a lasting positive mark in our community.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are dedicated to providing personalised, high-quality and friendly care that prioritises dignity, comfort, and independence. Our team of trained and compassionate care professionals go above and beyond to ensure that every client receives the support they deserve, whether at home or in the community. We take time to understand individual needs, preferences, and routines, building trusted relationships rooted in respect and empathy. With a strong focus on reliability, communication, and consistency, we deliver care you can count on — giving clients and their families peace of mind every day
Live in Care Support
Our 24-hour support service is where we allocate a skilled and experienced live in carer to move into your home and to provide one-to-one assistance.
This is often a preferred alternative to residential care, allowing you to stay in familiar surroundings while maintaining your independence and regular routines in the comfort of your own home. This keeps things safe and convenient for you as well as your family.
Whether you are researching for a loved one or planning for your own future, choosing the right care is a major life decision. While residential care homes were once the standard, more families are turning to live-in care to maintain independence and comfort.
Here is why live-in home care is becoming the gold standard for support.
Live-in care is a 24-hour service where a professional carer resides in your home. Unlike hourly visits, this provides a constant, reassuring presence. The carer is there to help with everything from medical needs to the simple joy of a shared cup of tea.
The Benefits of Staying Home
One-to-One Attention: In a care home, staff split their time between dozens of residents. With live-in care, you are the sole priority.
Keep Your Routine: You choose when to wake up, what to eat, and when to see friends. There are no "visiting hours" in your own living room.
Peace of Mind for Families: Families gain huge relief knowing a professional is on hand to prevent falls, manage medications, and provide companionship.
Couples Stay Together: Moving to a care home often means couples are separated if they have different care needs. Live-in care allows partners to stay side-by-side.
More Than Just Medical Support- While carers are highly trained in specialist conditions like Dementia, Parkinson’s, and stroke recovery, their role goes far beyond clinical tasks. They act as:
Housekeepers: Managing laundry, light cleaning, and errands.
Chefs: Preparing fresh, nutritious meals tailored to your taste.
Companions: Accompanying you to social clubs, garden centres, or simply providing a friendly face for a chat.
Is It Affordable?
Many people are surprised to find that live-in care is often comparable in cost to a high-quality care home. For couples, it is almost always significantly cheaper than paying for two separate beds in a residential facility. Furthermore, staying at home preserves your property assets and keeps you rooted in your community.
Making the Move
The transition to live-in care is designed to be seamless. Agencies match carers based not just on medical skills, but on personality and shared interests. This ensures that the person entering your home feels less like a stranger and more like a trusted part of the family.
Learning Disability Support
Having a learning disability means that people find it harder to learn certain life skills. The problems experienced vary from person to person, but may include aspects such as learning new things, communication managing money, reading, writing, or personal care. In some cases, people with learning disabilities may display behaviour that challenges, thereby putting themselves or others at risk.
At Premier Care Support, our fully vetted and highly skilled staff provide high quality support to those with learning disabilities. Our staff are trained around learning disabilities and are compassionate around their client’s needs-including their basic rights, freedom, inclusion, equality, choice, the chance to have ordinary things such a love, friendship, money, a job, and contributing to the community.
Our staff are trained in Positive Behaviour Supporting and RRN (Restraint Reduction Network) techniques, accredited by BILD, which aims at preventing and managing any behaviours that challenges. On receiving your enquiry, our professional team will meet with you and yours loved ones and coproduce a highly tailored plan keeping your choices and wishes, thereby promoting a meaningful and fulfilling life.

End of life care is support for people who are in the last months or years of their life. People who are approaching the end of their life are entitled to high-quality care, where possible in the comfort of their home environment.
End of life care should help you to live as well as possible until you die and to die with dignity.
You have the right to express your wishes about where you would like to receive care and where you want to die. You can receive end-of-life care at home, in a care home, hospice or be cared for in hospital, depending on your needs and preference.
Hourly Care Services
Deciding how to support an ageing parent or a loved one with a disability is one of the most significant choices a family can make. You want them to remain safe and well-cared for, but you also want to respect their independence and their desire to stay in the comfort of their own home. This is where hourly home care—often called visiting care—provides the perfect middle ground.
Hourly home care is a flexible service designed to fit around your family’s specific needs. Unlike live-in care, which requires a caregiver to reside in the home, hourly care involves scheduled visits that can range from a quick 30-minute check-in to several hours of dedicated support throughout the day.
What Does Hourly Care Include?
The beauty of visiting care lies in its versatility. No two people have the same requirements, so the support is tailored entirely to the individual. For some, it is about practical help with "Activities of Daily Living." This includes personal care such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
For others, the focus is on maintaining the household. Carers can assist with light domestic duties, laundry, and grocery shopping. They can also prepare nutritious, home-cooked meals, ensuring your loved one is eating well even when you cannot be there to cook for them.
Beyond the physical tasks, there is a vital emotional component: companionship. Loneliness is a significant issue for seniors living alone. Having a regular, friendly face visit to share a cup of tea, discuss the news, or accompany them to a local garden centre can transform a person's mental wellbeing.
