Shane helped me to get my first mortgage a few months ago, I can’t recommend him enough. It has been daunting to go through this on my own and Shane has helped me understand the process and anything I didn’t understand, he would talk it over with me many times until I did. He got me the best rate. He would inform me when rates dropped and would offer me better deals which I could choose to go ahead with. I have been going through the house process for a few months now as it’s taking longer than it should, Shane been checking up on how it’s going and seeing if I need any help. Shane has a lot of knowledge and years behind him and it really shows! We didn't use Shane but not through any fault of his own. Our estate agent decided to waver our broker fee, and we deemed it easier to just keep everything in house. HOWEVER, prior to this - we had contact with Shane as a recommendation through someone else and he was exceptional. Shane was responsive and concise with his findings and made us feel very reassured from the get go. Can only imagine this would have set the precedent for the rest of his service.
