Pink Lotus wellbeing

I came into my Reiki session carrying a lot—back pain, general aches throughout my body, and a heavy mind filled with overthinking, stress, fear, and anxiety. I didn’t realise just how much I had been holding onto until I gave myself the space to truly pause and receive.

During the session, I could genuinely feel the energy moving around me and shifting. It was such a powerful and calming experience. I set a clear intention to release my anxiety, anger, and fear—all the things I’d been holding onto that I now realise were contributing to the tension and pain in my back.

By the end of the session, I felt completely recalibrated. There was a noticeable lightness in both my body and mind. I left feeling more energised, deeply relaxed, and honestly quite blissful. That night, I had one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a long time.

After I left, it truly felt like a weight had been lifted—like my worries had softened or simply melted away. This Reiki session was absolutely money well spent on myself, and I’m so grateful I took that step.

I was fortunate to be able to travel down to Derby and see Nin for an in person Reiki session. Her treatment room was serene, with lots of healing crystals, views of the garden and sky. She started the session burning sage.
I have had quite a few treatments with her, and they have helped me identify things that are out of alignment and help me become more grounded and true to myself.

My journey with Reiki healing began in 2021, and it has been a deeply meaningful and transformative experience for me. When I first started Reiki sessions with Nin, I immediately felt a sense of deep relaxation. As I lay there with my eyes closed, I began to see colours such as red and green. This was something completely new to me, and it made me feel calm, safe, and open to the healing process.

From that point on, I made a commitment to myself to attend Reiki sessions at least once a month. These sessions became an important part of my self-care routine. I had three sessions of Reiki remotely on the 29th, 30th of December and 2nd of Jan.
She talked through some things that made me realise certain issues I had been ignoring. After my first session, I felt a lot lighter and more relaxed. The second and third sessions helped me see that I still carry a lot of stress in my shoulders.
