PFC have been wonderful at helping me and my mother. They stepped in to do night care at very short notice and provided kind and thoughtful carers. We had a great experience with PFC who provided a cover carer for my mum for 2 weeks. Both Yvonne and the carer were so professional, helpful, flexible and great to deal with and the Tiff was wonderful with my mum who has advanced Alzheimer’s.
