I had previously left a 5 star review for this company as the worked looked great at the beginning. But over time it has become evident that the work has not been done to a high standard at all. I am very disappointed as despite being told the work was still under warranty and would be fixed when we first informed them of the issues but after months of being strung along they have now said they do not intend on fixing the issues. My garden is around 100 sq.m; it was messy with rocks, broken tiles and long grasses. I request to build a new patio in the size of 35 sq.m.; 2 flower bed on each side in the size 16 sq.m.; new lawn in size of 35 sq.m. and 2 gravel pathway.
Believe it or not, the project was started on Monday (12 Jun 2023); finished on Wednesday (15 Jun 2023). finish the whole job in 3 days.........isn't it a world record? Amazing!

Most of all, those Romanian workers are prefect. they clean the work backyard and driveway prefectly.

I am a new immigrant to UK. I had terrible experience from the previous builder for interior refurbishment.

Very friendly guys, did an excellent job on Patio with retaining wall and ramp. Beautiful driveway with level raised and boundry wall for the design asked and level access to the front door. Also did the fencing too. Very easy to discuss any changes during the work. Very hard working guys and finished quickly and tidy up the site as soon as the jobs completed and cleared all the rubbish. Pavilion was hired to put landscape and put artificial lawn. This was done to high standard and will definitely recommend them.

I had 13 fences replaced by Tom's team. It was finished at the highest standard in a timely manner. The communication was smooth. The did what they promised.

Tom (Pavilion Drives and Patios) was wonderful to work with and the finished product is just what I was hoping for. He was able to come to my house and provide an estimate within two days of my inquiry, scheduled the job within no time, was knowledgeable, reasonably priced, responsive but we had to put a halt because of Covid 19, and he was great to communicate with, he was patient in constant communication keeping me informed about the latest update and my questions answered in a timely manner and did a terrific work. The craftsmen’s attention to detail was spot on, the jobsite was kept clean, the craftsmen were respectful and on time.
I am in awe with my new drive and patio improvement for the finished product solve the initial problem: old decking, tarmac and weeds.

I would like to say a big thank you to Pavilion Drives & Patios for the great job they did in my garden under challenging circumstances. It was a 2 day job and on the evening of day 1 we were informed of total lock-down of the country the next day due to the Coronavirus outbreak. A difficult situation for me with a huge open ground in my garden! It was difficult getting supplies with many shops closed, but everything got sorted - we managed social distancing both days and I am very happy with the new paved area. Thank you for making the extra effort to finish my garden!

Tom and his team at Pavilion Drives and Patios did an outstanding job on my garden. Not only were they quick at both getting in touch with a quote, but they were also fast in completing the job. The job carried out was done to a high standard and the garden has been transformed to a place where I can see spending most of my summer days in. For the period that they were working, I was at work, however Tom kept me up-to-date on a daily basis on the progress that they had made so far.

They were really nice quick and professional. Liked their work.

If your looking for a first class product i guess it would need to be reliable/cost effective/easy to use and have the most features. pavilion in my view managed to achieve all 4 targets working in tempretures in excess of 28, the team completed the project in less than four days, turning up everyday.
Needless to say the price of the project was very favourable and certainly value of money.
Pavilion provided at least 8 different men to complete the job each suitable for the task at hand. They were managed to a high degree, which meant they could work without any delays and efficiency.
Constantly in contact with the men, they assured that the final result was exactly what we required.
