Really pleased with the work from NeverMowUK. They replaced 50m2 of artificial grass that had been down for 10 years and the difference in the fitting is very noticeable. The guys did a great job of the preparation and the way the grass is now bonded to the concrete edges means we'll never have a problem with it lifting. So, would we recommend NeverNowUK? Amazing work and quality efficient and professional job from start to finish the tradesmen even cleaned down my patio after you would not have known they had dug out and moved tonnes of soil from the back of my house to the front would 100% recommend

I am absolutely thrilled and delighted with my fabulous new lawn and I cannot recommend Nevermow UK enough. From the initial contact - to the consultation with Stuart - the arrangements to carry out the work - the hardest workers I've ever known (Max & Adam) arriving as discussed - to digging and clearing the entire garden to be turfed - to the meticulous detail to get the job exactly as I and they wanted it - to the final fabulous results with aftercare tips and the incredible job of clearing up after themselves. I am in awe that this standard and quality of workmanship and professionalism still exist, Max was very precise and carefully attentive to every small detail and both he and Adam just did not stop, it was baking hot and they just kept going. I now find myself the extremely proud owner of a lush green Oasis (albeit a small garden) I was unable to go out previously for fear of tripping and falling over, it was an uneven and unsafe area previously, this has opened up a whole new chapter for me and I will be forever grateful. What an excellent, efficient, professional and easy company to deal with. Just had my artificial lawn installed and the results have totally exceeded my expectations. Stuart and his colleague came to my house during anti-social evening hours to talk me through the process and technicalities. I was kept informed between our agreement and installation regularly. I dealt with Stuart who was doing the work for my mother. He guided my mum through the process and prices with absolute care and professionalism as he did with myself. Honestly we had a few companies give us quotes and although Nevermow was slightly more expensive the guarantee was longer and frankly the quality of work was absolutely worth it. They guys worked in bad conditions yet reassured my mother throughout what they were doing. They turned a soggy water logged back garden into what looks like a perfectly done garden. The quality of the artificial grass is really good and also very realistic. The finish to the boarders and trim around it is well perfect to be fair. After a run of bad luck for my mum the best part was her returning home after a day out with friends to see the finished result and hearing her voice be happy with not just the work but the overall service from Stuart and his team. Stuart came out to do a quote, he explained the process very well, brought plenty of samples to choose from. The job started quickly which we wanted. The lads were very pleasant and helpful with any questions. They cleaned up 80% at the end, still had to clean up some of the flags that were left muddy. Stuart called with a follow up after the job and ensured everything was fine and assured that if any problems ever arise with the grass then they would be round to sort it. Nevermowuk demonstrated a professional service from the first appointment to completion day. We were shown several samples of artificial grass, which were discussed in detail, and the whole process was clearly explained. Although we only have a small garden, for several reasons (including a steep slope) this was an extremely challenging job for Stuart and his team. The team faced unforeseen issues with professionalism and communicated with us at all times.
