Neil commenced his career in construction as a sub-contractor building loft conversions, primarily in West London, and was awarded by The Federation of Master Builders for an exceptional conversion in Wimbledon.

Our rear garden terrace area badly needed rebuilding. Foundations and walls were rebuilt and the paving space significantly increased in size due to Neil and Steve's expert design and build. The new steps to the lawn are a work of art. The quality of the build is outstanding and has completely enhanced the outlook to the rear of our property. At the same time we had unmanageable hedges removed and replaced with concrete posts and fence panelling resulting in an increase of our garden space. I needed a garden office building, Neil and his team built me a home office/garden room, they helped me to design the building and find the best location for it. The structure was built to a good standard and very importantly they supplied high performance insulations that make it a very pleasant environment in summer or winter. NCPS have extensive experience in creating additional habitat space for your clients by increasing their properties footprint, by way of the addition of a single or double story extension, garage conversions or via converting the space in the loft (often including a dormer window) and we often provide our clients with a solution from conception to completion. A significant proportion of the contracts we receive are for this type of property development so we have undertaken hundreds of projects.
Repair & Maintenance
Our approach at NCPS is to consider this important work in exactly the same way as our other projects, the remedial work required is undertaken by the same skilled and experienced trades people as required for our larger contracts, and due to our main contractor experience we can cover most types of repair work our clients required.
We will provide guidance based on our experience, as patching up problems is often a false economy, and where required we can involve a building survey to confirm a specification, and help protect the insurance covering your property.
