We decided to have an artificial lawn installed to make our garden more practical for our dog and daughter, as it was in quite a bad state. After doing some research, we came across My Lovely Lawn and, after reading all the great reviews, decided to go with them. I’m so glad we did.From start to finish, the customer service team was brilliant and communication was excellent throughout (they created a Whatsapp group which was really convenient). The team who transformed our garden were friendly, hardworking, and incredibly efficient. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and they really went the extra mile to make sure everything looked perfect. Due to hot weather, they were unable to do the whole job at once, but they did all the prep first, and they came back to finish the job a couple of days later.The difference is amazing. We can finally make the most of our garden this summer, and our daughter and dog are both loving it so much.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend My Lovely Lawn to anyone thinking about artificial grass. This was an absolutely seamless one day Astro turf installation.The garden size is 38m2The Brazilian guys Anderson and team were very polite and professional. Adam and Shalini are very professional with the administrative and organisation of the business.Communication was done mostly on Whatsapp calls and messages which for me put me at ease.They started the Job at 7.30am and there was a slight confusion with the astro turf being delivered but they manage to retrieve another the astro turf from Doncaster to south east London to complete the Job for 6.30pm.This is a testament that they can accommodate and find quick solutions to an unforseen circumstance.Me and my family were thoroughly impressed with service and job.I have taken pictures of the before, middle and after of the process which is below.100% will fully recommend this company. This experience was excellent from the first visit to completion. Nick visited to assess the job and give a quote, which came back quickly. A WhatsApp group was set up to handle all the information and communication I needed. I was kept fully informed of when the job would start and when materials would be arriving. The day the work was scheduled for turned out to be one of those 30 degrees+ days. Nick and the team arrived at 7.30 sharp. I was expecting the work to take at least 2 to 3 days, however, despite the heat and humidity, the team of four worked non-stop and finished all the work by early afternoon. Excellent service from start to finish. Quick to respond when I made an enquiry. Initial quote was given by taking an aerial measurement and upon site survey the price was reduced on actual square footage. A week prior to installation they made contact on when materials will be delivered, which was a day before, allowing us to still use our drive way. The lawn installed is looking fabulous, the installers worked incredibly hard throughout the installation and left the garden tidy with all rubbish taken away. More...

From my first encounter with Shalini and her team has been nothing but professional and easy . I was kept informed at every point of the service and even when there was an unexpected delay in the works being done I was told immediately and offered a follow up as a form compensation to the delay. Firstly great communication with the lovely shalini from the get go from quote to finalising, sent me a sample of the grass I opted for to make sure I was happy with it. Sent me full details of what I was to expect delivered. Covered any queries I had with ease and such a friendly company. When the work men turned up they were polite, friendly and worked very cleanly. They had a tricky job with my access and small entry point, but they worked extremely well and cautiously, made very little mess and cleaned up so well. Highly recommend My Lovely Lawn. They have been fantastic right from initial site visit through to the very end. They worked to what we wanted in our budget and made sure we were happy with the work before proceeding. The best experience was that during the actual work they took care of everything right from the skip to materials. We had our balcony transformed by My Lovely Lawn earlier this year, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. We dealt with Shalani and Adam, who were friendly, professional, and always available whenever we needed them.We chose the Top Quality Comfort 40 lawn, and it’s absolutely beautiful — soft, lush, and looks absolutely stunning. Our balcony is crescent-shaped, so it required careful fitting, and they finished it to perfection.
