I can not recommend MNI care enough. Granted my father passed away sadly just days before the live in care was due to start but the experience I had with Martha from start to finish was beyond exceptional. The kindness, care and compassion Martha showed me and my Dad upon our meeting left a mark on us and was a true reflection of the level of care and devotion I knew we would be receiving and gave us as a family such a much needed lifeline at a very difficult time in all our lives . We found this company on bark and can only say what a relief and we wish we had found MNI earlier in mums care .The company was always respectful and couldn’t have been more supportive or helpful . They were always at the end of phone and any switch over ofcarers went smoothly .Our main carer was a dream come true .She was heaven sent , the most caring of carers and nothing was too much .She treated our mum age 95 with kindness and respect and although mum who lived with many issues including dementia could find life difficult or confusing our carer never once reacted negatively.Once mum passed away the carer , Leah, was a massive support .However the company I would highly recommend .Thank you from bottom of our hearts .
