I honestly don’t think I’ve ever worked with a builder as professional as Valmir. From day one, his level of organisation, communication and reliability truly stood out. He was on time every single day and on the rare occasion he was delayed or unable to attend site he would always communicate in advance. That level of professionalism is rare in this industry.

The quality of his workmanship was excellent. He remained focused, worked diligently and carried out the kitchen refurbishment to a very high standard. What I particularly appreciated was that he was never difficult or dismissive — he simply came in got on with the job and delivered. Even when there was pressure to complete certain elements quickly, he stayed calm and ensured the work was done properly rather than rushed.

He also went above and beyond by helping with a few additional bits around the house that were not part of the original scope, which I genuinely appreciated.

While he may sit at a slightly higher price point than some others, the professionalism, quality, and reliability justify the investment. In this case, you truly get what you pay for.

Miri renovated our living room, box room and installed our kitchen. I am very pleased with his work.
He showed excellent professionalism, quality, workmanship, worked to a high standard to competitive prices and showed all round knowledge in all departments. He would give good suggestions to design and would suggest alternative suppliers when products were unavailable.
He furfilled my vision of renovating the living room incorporating bespoke designs by installing LED mood lighting, new skirting, flooring and redecorating.

It’s never easy to step in and finish a project someone else started, especially on a work like this - a large timber covered decking area in the garden - but Valmir did it with professionalism and great care. He completed half of the structure with precision and care, blending it seamlessly with what was already built. Communication was clear throughout, and the quality of the work was excellent. He even went above and beyond by doing a few extra tasks outside of the agreed job — which was not only helpful but showed real kindness and humanity, which is rare.
