Noel sent his son who arrived late. We were emptying/reorganising a very packed garage - everything was emptied onto our garage forecourt and that of our neighbour when it started raining. I offered a waterproof/coffee which was refused. I went inside to make some coffees and when I got back my husband said that the van man had gone to the shop, but had been gone some time and didn't think he was coming back. He had asked my husband if it was possible to reschedule but we couldn't as firstly everything was already on the floor outside (in the rain) and hubby had some work this week so could not be available. We messaged his father who said he hadn't been able to continue because of the rain and also that he'd asked to reschedule - but had also told his father that we'd agreed. He obviously had no regard for the fact that he left a pair of 70yr olds with the entire contents of a very packed garage on the carpark with no means of being able to lift it all ourselves (which is why we hired this company). We found them to be totally unreliable and inconsiderate - and the son was being disingenuous when he said a reschedule was agreed to - why would we given the situation we were left with? More...

We brought a display set of garden furniture from a garden centre but they said they couldn't deliver. I went online and went onto the Bark site and put in my request. I was still completing my request and Noel from MK vans phone and gave me a price. Noel collected the garden set in an hour and delivered it to us. The whole experience was excellent. We were fortunate that Noel was available at short notice. I explained why we needed more than one person as I could not lift the heavy stuff we needed to. Noel said he would check if another driver could come and let us know. He got back quickly, booked and arrived on time. They loaded our items onto the van and moved heavy worktop pieces within the house. They delivered them where we wanted them and listened to any requests.
