What I love most about the job is working with a caring and professional team to support people in their own homes and help improve their quality of life. It’s rewarding to know that the care we provide helps clients feel safe, respected, and supported, while allowing them to maintain their independence.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started the business from a desire to help people receive the care they need while continuing to live safely and independently at home.
Having seen the challenges families face when caring for a loved one, I wanted to create a service that not only supports clients with high-quality, compassionate care, but also provides reassurance and guidance for their families.

All of our services are delivered face-to-face in the comfort of our clients’ own homes. We do not currently provide remote or online care, as we believe in delivering personalised, hands-on support to ensure the highest standards of safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We continue to follow robust infection prevention and control procedures in line with current NHS and public health guidance to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.
Our care professionals use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when delivering care and adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols at all times. We also maintain up-to-date health and safety practices, including staff training and compliance with relevant infection control standards.
1. Domiciliary and Elderly Care
Everyone feels more comfortable and safer in familiar surroundings. Millfield Healthcare will provide short and long visits as well as live-in care so that you receive round-the-clock support in your own home.
2. Emergency Care
Our team is always at hand when life takes a turn, and you need us to be there as soon as possible. We will help you stay active and social whilst your essential needs are met.
3. Live-in Care
We understand it can be challenging to go into a care home. Our clients prefer the familiar surroundings of their own home whilst still receiving professional care. Millfield Healthcare provides high-quality services in your own home.
4. Respite Care
Caring for a loved one can be overwhelming. Our team will offer professional respite care to give you the break you deserve, caring for your loved one in their own home.
5. Palliative and End of Life Care
Millfield Healthcare aims to enhance independence and provide emotional support to improve the quality of life for clients at this stage of life.
6. Dementia and Parkinson’s Care
Our caregivers offer specialised, in-home support to clients with Dementia or Parkinson’s so that ageing in place remains possible.
