Absolutely thrilled with the garden refurbishment completed by Milford and Sons! From start to finish, Charlie and his team were professional, reliable, and clearly passionate about what they do.
The attention to detail was outstanding, and they truly went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. Every part of the project was handled with care and precision, and the final result has completely transformed our outdoor space — we couldn’t be happier!
Charlie kept us informed throughout, was always approachable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a team that delivers both exceptional workmanship and such great customer service.
I would highly recommend Milford and Sons to anyone looking for high-quality work and a team you can genuinely trust. Thank you again for creating a garden we absolutely love!

We were hugely impressed with the entire process with Milford and Sons. From the first contact Charlie was so helpful . He understood what we wanted and designed around our expectations and budget . Richard and Matthew were both lovely . Easy to be around hard working and hugely skilled . The fence had to be negotiated around a very special tree which proved no issue to them . Attention to detail pride in their work were obvious . They also made us laugh which is always a great additional bonus. We hugely recommend them and will be using them again in the future for our extension . Thanku guys Mark and Louise More...

We recently had an extension built on our home and, having heard plenty of horror stories about building work as well as the cost investment, we were understandably nervous about the process — particularly as we were living in the house with our 3 kids throughout.
But with Charlie and Richard, We needn't have worried. We spent time with them beforehand to make sure they understand what we hoped to achieve from the project which really made a difference to the final product.
From start to finish, the team were professional, considerate, and genuinely a pleasure to have around. They took real care to minimise the disruption to our daily lives, keeping the site clean and tidy at the end of every working day. Dust sheets, careful site management, and a tidy workspace made a huge difference to our comfort during what could have been a very stressful period.
What really stood out was the practical advice we received along the way. Rather than just getting on with the job and presenting us with a fait accompli, they flagged potential issues early, offered sensible suggestions, and helped us make informed decisions without ever making us feel pressured. It was clear they had our best interests — and not just the build — in mind.
Perhaps most impressively, they completed the work ahead of schedule. In our experience, this is almost unheard of in the building trade, and it made an enormous difference to us as a family trying to work around the project.
The finished extension is everything we hoped for, and the quality of the work speaks for itself. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and genuinely trustworthy builder.

Milford and Sons completed our new kitchen extension, converted our old kitchen into a bathroom, built a new timber garage, and a bespoke front porch. They managed the project very well, from sourcing building materials to coordinating labour, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Their team is skilled and clearly knows their jobs well. They always showed up on time and put in extra effort to ensure the work was completed to a high standard. The quality of work was excellent, and I would highly recommend Charles and his team to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable builder. More...

It was great to work with Charles and the team. They were contracted to complete a double storey side extension shell build for us. The team has been amazing very effecient and respectful. The job was completed within the budget and time frame given. We were also able to complete additional work which we are extre.ely pleases with. All work was completed to a really good standard with Charles and the team always available to answer any queries we had. We had weekly updates so we knew what would be completed. I will be using Charles and the team for future jobs and would 100% recommend them More...

We originally took Charlie and his team on to redo the patio and build the new decking area and flatten out the garden. Whilst undertaking this job we were happy with the quality of the work and spoke to him about changing the pool that we had there. Charlie hadn't built a pool before but took on the project with the design we had discussed and delivered what we asked for. Although it took alot longer that was planned what was built is fantastic and we are very happy. More...

Charles and the team did a great job on our extension, from meeting with the structural engineer & building inspector (to iron out kinks in the design), to project managing the entire build, from start to completion.
Nothing was too much trouble for Charles and the lads who were happy to help on anything additional we wanted. A real can-do attitude where other larger building contractors told me it can’t be done!
Their work & workplace was always neat and tidy with a daily clean-up before going home. Minimum upheaval for us. Wife and I are super impressed and really happy with the build.
Absolutely 100% recommend Bespoke Builds to anyone wanting an extension, or any other building work done.

Superb trademark. Unbelievable work the professionalism and talent these guys had was evident from start to finish .. absolutely over the moon with my extension.
Charlie had a gang of tradesman all under one umbrella which took the pressure off me finding any other trades to co inside with him and his team. Charlie was always on hand for advice and gave me so many ideas to help me create the vision I had in my head , even extra ones I didn’t even think possible.
If you want quality hire these guys !! What an absolutely pleasurable experience I have had .
Five (thousand million ) star review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
