What do you love most about your job?
We are a service set up by landlords, for landlords. We're as passionate about the protection of your assets as we are our own. We appreciate the hard work landlords put in to be able to acquire further assets, and how important it is to make sure that they're well maintained and protected by embedding strict criteria for tenant finds.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being a landlord and navigating the world of poor service offered by Highstreet lettings agencies. It was time to act, and create a new service with a more personal approach. No more speaking to someone at the front desk and waiting for a response. We manage our relationship with clients differently, with all landlords having direct access to me as the owner and director for advise and utilisation of my team to get the job done swiftly.

Because you'll be working with someone in your position. Who cares about your asset as much as you do, and has access to a maintenance team to handle all requirements relating to your property.
Years of experience in property management have equipped me with the skill to manage tenant finds effectively. Giving me absolute confidence that our service is second to none. So much so, I introduced a "No rent, no fee" basis. If you don't get paid, we don't! And will continue to work to resolve any issues until you do.

Yes. Many of our clients are based outside of Doncaster, and have the confidence in our service to deliver a hands-off approach. Meaning they can get on with the important things in life, knowing that their asset is in safe hands.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All UK guidelines are followed in-line with Covid precautions. This is something we continue to exercise during the winter periods, even today.
