Personal Assistant Carer

With over 10 years of experience in the Adult Social Care sector, I have worked in a variety of settings and held diverse roles including Occupational Therapy Assistant, Rehabilitation Assistant, and Community Carer. I am passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

I have supported clients from a wide range of backgrounds, including older adults, individuals living with dementia, those recovering from strokes, and people with both physical and mental disabilities. My approach is always tailored to meet each person's unique needs, fostering independence, dignity, and well-being.

I take genuine pride in supporting vulnerable individuals to live fulfilling lives. My role often includes not only direct care but also signposting clients and their families to appropriate services, helping them navigate the health and social care system more effectively.

I am known for my patience, excellent communication skills, reliability, and adaptability. These qualities have enabled me to build strong, trusting relationships with my clients and their families. I focus on empowering individuals, helping them regain confidence and, where possible, achieve greater independence.

I actively encourage engagement in meaningful activities that promote both physical and emotional well-being. Whether it's supporting with social outings, music, gardening, art, shopping, or simply offering companionship, I strive to bring joy and purpose into my clients' daily lives.
