I had the pleasure of working with Geoff from Maxim Consulting on a large and complex technical programme covering the planning and implementation of new internal systems alongside multiple system integrations.

Geoff brought a calm, highly professional approach throughout the project, with strong technical knowledge and an ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable plans. His understanding related systems, third-party integrations, and ecommerce platforms was a real asset.

What really stood out was Geoff’s communication and stakeholder management. He worked seamlessly across multiple agency partners, tied teams together effectively, and kept momentum where projects could easily have stalled. He managed people well, built trust quickly, and consistently kept delivery aligned with agreed timelines.

A Fantastic Shopify Web Design Experience with Maxim Consulting (Geoff).

We were struggling to find a local Shopify expert to help us bring our website to fruition, using Bark I stumbled upon Maxim, headed up by Geoff. From our first call, I was confident that I had found the right person to guide us through the process and I was very much right, it has been an absolute pleasure to work together. Friendly, knowledgeable & patient, with an ability to take us through the project with the full understanding that this was our first experience of developing an online presence, keeping us informed throughout in a way that the lay person could very much understand. Our project overran significantly, but Geoff gently nudged us forward without any undue pressure.
Geoff took the time to understand our brand, our target customers, and our goals and worked seamlessly with Rae & Co who were looking after our branding. The design they delivered was clean, modern, and incredibly user‑friendly.
Responsive, proactive, and always willing to explain options or suggest improvements. Any revisions were handled quickly, and Geoff went consistently went above and beyond to make sure the site looked and performed exactly the way we envisioned.
If you’re looking for a Shopify expert who delivers quality work with exceptional service and a smile, Geoff at Maxim Consulting is the person you want in your corner.

We recently worked with Geoff to move our website from Visualsoft to Shopify, and the experience has been super positive. Geoff has been our main point of contact throughout the process and he has been fantastic to work with . He is approachable, reliable, and made us feel comfortable from the beginning. We encountered a few issues after going live, some of which could have been avoided with more preparation on our side, but Geoff supported us immediately and dedicated a great deal of time to getting everything running smoothly. His training, guidance, and continued support after launch has been greatly appreciated. He has listened to what we needed and always worked hard to find solutions. Overall, we’re really happy with the service and especially grateful to Geoff for his help and ongoing support. Would definitely recommend. More...

Maxim Consulting have just built a website for my Limited Company and taught me how to use and update the thing. This is going to have massive repercussions for my ability to find Clients and improve the delivery of my services; as I can request feedback on blog posts and have a conversation with satisfied/unsatisfied customers and improve on what I’m doing right. I do not like using the internet, or any digital device, and would rather my company grew organically by word of mouth. But, that is a ridiculous notion in this day and age, and Maxim Consulting have helped me embrace the new world and I can now market my company with the best Project Management Services organisations out there in the internet. We had a wonderful Bank Holiday break at Bluebell Farm in Rose cottage. We stayed Saturday to Monday and Paul & Mel were very welcoming and accommodating when we contacted them on Friday for a last minute getaway with our dog. The cottage has a very cosy feeling, all the amenities you need and the surrounding grounds are brilliant if you've got dogs or kids as plenty of space to run around.A nice dog biscuit on arrival was well received by our little furry one and the welcome pack helped us plan some nice walks and pubs to visit.Would 100% recommend for those looking for a luxury relaxed break. Website migration for Towler and Staines Ltd.

Geoff and Kirk of Maxim Consulting Services have been and still are incredibly helpful, from the first point of contact through to now, with our new Shopify website up and running and we are very impressed with the service and support the Maxim team has offered. Before we even agreed to work together, the Maxim team were in contact trying to figure out how feasible it would be to migrate our website from PrestaShop to Shopify, and put in a lot of effort to help us, without assurances we would go ahead with their service. Needless to say, we had no hesitation in choosing Maxim, and they have since provided an exceptional service with the knowledge and skills to take the ecommerce side of the business to the next level.
