I have 40 years experience dealing with residential design that includes new dwellings, re-modelling of existing dwellings, extensions large and small and new Housing Developments. My service is friendly quick and efficient.

Personally I would never remotely provide drawings for any project that's why I keep my working area to a manageable travel distance.
Plans for extensions to dwellings
Initial site visit to ascertain/discuss clients requirements.
Full measured survey and draw up as a base for proposals.
Sketch proposal drawing for discussions to finalise clients requirements.
Preparation of finished drawings that are suitable for Planning (if required) and Building Regulations approval.
Co-ordination of other consultants that may be required for Planning permission or Building Regulations e.g. Structural Engineer.
Provision of full Building specification.
Submission of applications for any permissions that are required by Local Authority or any other Statutory Authority.
New House Designs
One off House designs to suit clients requirements and budgets.
Full Consultation with client and pre-app discussions with Local Authority.
Sketch Proposal for further discussions.
Preparation of final drawings for Planning and Building Regulations approval.
