What do you love most about your job?
We love working in the block & estate management sector as it allows us to work with all types, ages and size of properties across the UK. It also allows us to work with a variety of different client and residents.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in the block & estate management industry for a number of years for both national and regional agents, our Directors decided that they could draw on their knowledge of the industry and the working practices seen in the agents they had worked with to come up with a block management solution that addressed the problems that are common within the industry.

Yes. Managed Estates are set up to work remotely however we ensure that we have a good site presence.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our team still undertake regular testing to ensure that we are covid clear before attending meetings, site visit etc with clients.
