Roy Magara made a very stressful process, calm and straightforward, and Ive felt completely supported since he took over managing my case. He is both thorough in is review of all case documents and methodical in getting to the truth of the matter.In the tribunal, I was reassured that his gentle demeanor carried across all of his questioning. If I had lost the case, it would have been due to something I had done that had initiated these proceedings. However, through his calm and consistant questioning, he was able to draw out the truth of the matter.
