Their brochure was in my letter box one day - perfect timing as my forecourt was in desperate need of jet washing. I made contact and within a couple of hours, Daniel was around to look at the work. Shortly afterwards, I received the estimate by email, and very soon after that, it was booked in for the next day.Daniel and his colleague have just left and I couldn't be more happy with the work they did. As a bonus, they are both delightful people, super polite and friendly. The team behind the scenes are also very responsive and helpful.5 stars to all. The best of the best. Alex, Dan & Matt were outstanding. They were a pleasure to chat to, they take real pride in their work and drew attention to the small, but really important details, such as accessibility, keeping the house clean, ensuring my car was safe and even that the doors stayed shut to prevent the house getting cold. They are meticulous with the details and it shows in the results. First time using Lyuven and I will certainly use again. I hired them to prune back the quite overgrown climber covering the front of my house. They completely removed it from the roof and around the windows, making it all neat and tidy. The house looks transformed. Dan, Josh and Alex did a great job, plus excellent communication from Alfie in the office. They even popped back in the afternoon to redo some areas I wasn't quite happy with, in the rain too. Lyuven also provided the most competitive quote for the work, out of the many local businesses I contacted. Some which were asking for 3x the amount, which seemed ridiculous. And they were available to do the work the next morning. I also like how all the invoicing is electronic through the system. In summary, I can't fault them and very pleased to have found them. Then they promptly came to view the job and gave us a quote, and then returned the very next day to get it done. The team that carried out the work at our home were outstanding! I recently used Lyuven Garden & Maintenance for 2 jobs. The first was cut back and re-shape a very overgrown privet hedge, which had become unmanageable. The team did an excellent job and I used them a 2nd time to do some planting to fill a gap in another hedge. The communication with Alfie to arrange all the works from start to finish was excellent.
