I booked Obehi to do a move out clean for me. She took days to reply to my messages! After confirming, she was meant to come for 12 noon but didn't turn up until after 5pm on the day.
She was extremely slow taking 2 hrs to clean just the dishwasher after I told her it didn't need cleaning and having to tell her to go over jobs on every room she cleaned as it was still dirt showing. She didn't get to complete the clean and say that she'll have to come back the next day bear in mind that she left pass midnight on the first day/night and also turn up late again on the second day. After the clean on the second day I paid her and ask for an invoice which she replied she would do as I needed it to show to the letting agent. Still waiting over a month for this invoice and she has now blocked me so I'm not able to reach her to obtain it as the letting agent requested. Not sure if she is and doesn't want her name on anything but please be careful when booking with this person. She doesn't seem reliable and trustworthy.

Unfortunately Mrs Rahman is a boastful proud cheat. Who specialises in asking companies for refunds, please beware she has a track record, I worked for her twice and refunded her a third of the amount paid on two occasions. She also asked her hairdresser for a refund. Please run away from this client she is not worth it. Thanks. Also note she is a chronic liar. May I also mention she did nothing and she is also a racist.
