I instructed LSK Construction Services to design a modern high spec build in place of a derelict house. During the site visit I told Luke my vision. He listened to my ideas and provided great advice/ideas to arrive at a satisfactory solution, He provided the designs and liaised with the planning dept on my behalf. He also arranged for the necessary searches. Luke provided a first class service throughout, with sound advice, practical solutions and a tenacious approach to working with a very slow planning dept.
