I have been coming to see Alex for almost 3 months now. He has helped me considerably during this time and I have experienced a better sense of emotional balance/wellbeing, along with Alex helping me with side effects from medical treatments I have recently finished. At the first session, Alex takes time to explain his process and what you can expect/ might experience following treatment, which is beneficial if you have not experienced reiki before. Once Alex starts his practice, I feel a sensation of warmth coming from his hands, which is very relaxing and I naturally begin to let go of thoughts or distractions from outside world, as Alex works. I am shocked by the progress I have seen in my healing in just one session with Alex - I can't recommend his services enough. (If you're new to alternative healing practices, I would highly recommend booking a session in with him - he is warm, approachable and not off-puttingly 'woo-woo'!) I went in with various postural/muscoskeletal complaints, presenting as intense pain in my jaw area. As someone who has been in and out of different medical departments for almost 2 years, I immediately I felt more understood by Alex than any other practitioner I've met. He is clearly very knowledgable and takes a true holistic approach to understanding the body. The session I had with Alex went beyond any expectations I could have had. I have done 4.5 years of psychoanalysis and I was pretty sure that healing is in the mind. I'm used to out-thinking my anxiety, analysing my self, my history and all of my relationships and reading my way out of crisis (ha ha). But following a two day long anxiety attack that would not let me sleep, I thought, as Alex put it himself, "might as well try Reiki". And God, how lucky that I did. As soon as we started (and with all my scepticism), the harrowing anxiety just dissipated. Throughout the session, as I relaxed deeper, I could see and re-live so many memories associated with this anxiety, and could see myself with compassion, but without suffering from it; I felt completely enveloped and protected by the light pouring into me and knew that I could face any truth. I felt a state of bliss, freedom from suffering and safety that I can only imagine I must have felt as an infant. I am still processing today's session but can't help thinking: how did nobody tell me about this?? Why are we not talking about Reiki? Alex is a real healer. My Reiki Experience with Master Alex I have had two Reiki sessions with Master Alex, and both were truly special. After my first session, I felt so much lighter and calmer, as if a heavy weight had been lifted from me. I cried during the session, which felt like a deep emotional release, and afterwards my mind was clearer, my emotions more balanced, and I even slept better. It was as if something inside had unblocking and new space for peace had opened. The second session went even deeper. Once again, I cried, but this time I felt the energy moving through me and gently releasing tension I didn’t even know I was carrying. The next day I experienced a light headache and some pressure on my chest, which I now understand was part of the clearing process. Have to mention that my hight pressure was perfect after session. I also started having very clear and meaningful dreams, almost like messages guiding me forward. Master Alex creates such a safe, compassionate atmosphere that it’s easy to trust the process and allow yourself to open up.
