What I love most about caring for service users in the healthcare sector is the opportunity to make a real difference in their lives. Providing care isn’t just about assisting with daily tasks—it’s about offering companionship, dignity, and support that enhances their well-being. Seeing a smile on a service user’s face, knowing that I’ve helped them feel comfortable and valued, is truly rewarding. Every day brings a new opportunity to show kindness, build trust, and improve someone’s quality of life, which is why I’m so passionate about what I do."
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own healthcare services company because I saw a real need for high-quality, compassionate, and personalised care in the industry. With my experience in the care sector, I witnessed firsthand how important it is for individuals to receive support that not only meets their physical needs but also respects their dignity and independence. I wanted to create a company that prioritises person-centred care, ensures high standards, and makes a real difference in people’s lives. Being CQC-registered, I take pride in delivering reliable domiciliary care, supported living, and personal care that truly improves the well-being of those we serve."

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In response to COVID-19, I have made several key changes to ensure the safety of both our staff and service users. We have enhanced our infection control measures, ensuring all caregivers follow strict hygiene protocols, including regular handwashing, use of PPE (such as masks, gloves, and aprons), and sanitisation of equipment and workspaces.
Additionally, we provide continuous training on infection prevention and control, keeping our staff updated on the latest health guidelines. We have also implemented regular health screenings, testing procedures, and vaccination encouragement for staff to reduce transmission risks.
To further protect service users, we have adopted contactless monitoring where possible, reduced unnecessary physical contact, and ensured that all care plans include COVID-19 risk assessments. By prioritising safety while maintaining high-quality care, we continue to provide a secure and supportive environment for those we serve."*
