Terrible experience. A 3 month job turned into 9 months. Didn’t turn up before 11am most days and left at 3..taking an hour for his dinner.
Messy and ham fisted, broke a new window, broke a chimnea, traipsed plaster and mud through the build. Used the wrong hinges on many kitchen cabinets. Everything had been left unfinished.
Contracted to remove rubble off site, failed to do so incurring a £1000 to us as the customer. Hasn’t finished half of what he promised he would, turned a dream into a nightmare.
Lies and tells untruths, breaks promises, is totally untrustworthy.
Having to rely on family and friends to finish the job now.

every garage is different, it would be more practical to view the property.

main things to check are the size of the floor joists and ultimately the head hieght

I have been in the construction industry since 1999. but formed leighs property services in 2010 and became limited in 2017

customer satisfaction is what drives us. I do enjoy using different materials when we have the option to do so
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started out as a machine operator working all over the country. I pick up lots of experience and skills working on different sites. I then made the decision to go on my own.
