Describe your creative process.
My creative process, usually starts with a brief, then I mind map and create mood boards, inspiring me and allowing my creative juices to flow! Once I am happy with a couple of designs, I share them with my client, and then their feedback guides me to evolve a design they will love!
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
It all depends on the project. Book illustrations I need a script or the storyline to start. Graphic Design I would need a brief and any original artwork (logo's, branding guidelines) if they have them.
What do you love most about your job?
Happy clients - I get huge satisfaction from my clients being happy with their final design ?
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having spent many years working in the industry, I felt it was time to spread my wings in the direction I wanted to go! I have enriched my knowledge from various industries in design, and after starting a family 12 years ago, I decided to take the plunge to full time freelance - and I have never looked back!
