Lapris care team are amazing,when my stepdad came out of hospital last year,around August time they began to take care off him ,they supported him in all that he needed,he looked forward to seeing them,they would sit and chat with him,he would tell them bout me and his grandchildren and great grandchildren,they kept me updated with everything concerning my stepdad too which was good as I live in London and having them took some relief and stress off me . I would highly recommend them,my stepdads first care givers were terrible, lapris 100% care for there clients in every way .

Hi Tracey, it was an absolute pleasure to provide support for you stepdad, especially after he had had such an unfortunate experience with his previous provider. Our team built a lovely relationship with him and we all looked forward to visiting him. I am please our Nursebuddy app gave you the visibility of what was going on and kept you reassured. Lapis Care provided first class care to Mum for three years until her death at the age of 96 in June of this year. Not only did they provide dignified personal care to Mum, but were always available to give advice to me on Mum's (and my) ongoing needs. They quickly picked up on Mum's love of singing and Mum was greatly cheered by the many "sing-songs" that took place on their visits. At the end of Mum's life, their support was invaluable. Lapis are absolutely fantastic. They have given such good care to my dad at home. The carers are all so kind. They know and understand my dad and my dad knows them all really well and really enjoys their company. Graeme and Lena have been fantastic with supporting my dad’s complex needs and updating us regularly and have gone and above and beyond to make him happy and comfortable at home. Graeme even popped in to my dad’s 70 th birthday on the weekend to send his best wishes. They are like extended family and it is a huge weight off my mind living far away to know that my dad is in such good and caring hands. I can’t recommend them enough. More...
