I recently had Langham Scott build a garden office for me, and their service has been exceptional from start to finish. Tony and James were open, honest, and highly professional throughout the entire project.

A particularly tricky Party Wall issue arose early on, and they handled it with real skill and sensitivity. They found a solution that kept my neighbour onside, resolved the conflict quickly, and allowed the build to continue without disruption. Their support with the neighbour didn’t stop there — they remained calm, present, and constructive throughout the whole process.

I used Langham Scott Ltd to complete some extensive work to the 3rd floor of my towns house in Bracknell. I had never used Bark before, and was delighted when Tony contacted me within the hour of posting the job. Tony and James visited the property the next day. I knew roughly what the problem was, but Tony and James viewed the property throughout over the course of the next hour. They were clearly very knowledgable and professional and talked me through the issues in relation to, ventilation, insulation, structural issues with the roof and the dampness issues. (Other companies who surveyed the property, took 10 minutes and just said Oh you need to replace your roof) These companies did not explain or address the root cause of the issue and try to resolve the ventilation / condensation issues.
Instantly I knew Langham Scott was the company to use.
The work was started the 2 weeks later and was completed over the next 2-3 weeks. The workmen involved were polite, punctual, tidy and professional. The standard of work completed was to an exceptionally high standard, and I am extremely happy with the result.
Tony managed the job on a daily basis and his professionalism took away all the stress from the job. Tony communicated and explained all issues and addition works required daily and costed them as they went along. All additional works were necessary and I was happy to go with his recommendations all the way through the job.

I used this company to do quite a complex garage and kitchen conversion. From the initial engagement to final completion I found the whole team to be nothing but professional. The work was of a very high quality and certainly reached my expectations.
