After being ripped off by others I was really anxious about anyone else coming into my home but I can honestly say from the bottom of my heart these two were good honest people. Extremely helpful and trustworthy. I would 100% use them again. They explained everything over and over to me as I was so apprehensive, they were probably glad to see the back of me to be honest with my constant questions but nothing was too much trouble. My loft was a lot more work than originally though but Carl still charged what he had quoted and thst goes along way. I can't rate them enough.

Very efficient insulation team, worked quickly and finished the whole loft insulation in just over an hour. No debris left over, all removed and even cleaned the area under the loft hatch. Really pleased with the results.

We listed a job on Bark for the removal and replacement of insulation in our loft space, adding boarding to create a access path/storage and and installing a loft hatch with ladder. KLR were quick to respond to our post, visited promptly to provide a quote and then were able to undertake the work within a fortnight of us accepting the price. The loft ladder that was initially installed was not useable (an issue accepted by all parties) and therefore was replaced within a few days and within the existing quoted price. We appointed KLR Installations, who quoted to top up the lagging in our loft also, to install shelving at an excellent price. We arranged for Karl to carry out the work today 2/10/25. We recently used KLR Installations to replace our loft insulation (remove and dispose of the old fibreglass loft insulation and supply and fit new mineral wool loft insulation). They were by far the cheapest quote we could find and had good reviews for the work they had carried out. The 2 men carrying out the work arrived on time and were very polite and helpful with our questions. They carried out the work efficiently and tidied up before they left. Friendly efficient team. Clean and arrived on time. The assistant who did the loft work well coughed and wheezed a bit but then he didn’t wear a mask. Worked out at £150/hr each onsite time ( having subtracted material part of the total invoice). That’s allowing nothing for their long journey expenses. You paid £1150 for 2 houses to be done and you live 200 miles from my house and you had quotes of other companies for £2500 for just 1 house I am sure everyone reading this will understand how cheap you got this done for tbh...and the job was done perfectly time doesnt matter...its all about the finished job...just because my staff are the best and quickest lads around doesn't mean you pay less unfortunately as i was the cheapest quote by far was your exact words

The work done was to a high standard. There was no attempt to exaggerate what was required and the pricing reflected a fair assessment of the work needed.

KRL were polite, professional, kept to the time and cost quoted. The floor was covered for protection. After they gad finished there was no sign of any mess at all. They worked in incredible heat to fulfill their commitment.
