Fabulous service and very quick to respond. Very helpful with my lack of confidence with technology.

I contacted Omesh after reaching a stage in my life whereby I really needed help. After battling with my mental health for the majority of my life plus having had counselling in the past (which I’d never found worked for me) it took along time to find the courage to seek out another professional.

I am so pleased I contacted Omesh. From the initial consultation we connected - Omesh created a safe space for me to talk and work through what I needed to. Plus he also provided a WhatsApp service where I could contact him with thoughts/feelings/emotions at anytime of day.

Whilst there were many many tears during my sessions, Omesh certainly made sure there were many laughs too.
The sessions and Omesh’ professional support really helped me to put things into perspective.

He is an incredible man who has helped me turn my life around. I would highly recommend Omesh to anyone who needs someone to talk to no matter how big or small the problem may be.

Kismet listened to my problems and somehow he digested what I was saying until he understood what was going on in my head. He then asked me certain questions about how I was feeling inside as I was explaining, he then explained why I felt this way and how to address the feelings I was having with regard my problem.

I found omesh online as at that time I didn’t want anyone to know, also the one person in my life at the time that did know told me it wouldn’t be for me and she didn’t think I’d get anything from it and I in all honesty I thought this too so I was apprehensive to say the least.
This couldn’t of bin further from the truth omesh has a brilliant way of making you comfortable by using humour and just being human and relatable this was very important, I think he reads you very quickly to use what works best for you.
He helped me through a very confusing time and helped me see everything very clearly, with the things I have learned from him I have the tools to manage all the negative things that have happened and ever will happen.
He has given me a confidence in my self I never realised I didn’t have.
He went the extra mile to help from fitting you in for a last minute appointment when he could to answering the phone in the week for a chat when you need it.
Couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone who is struggling with something in there life take it from someone as stubborn as me who thought this sort of thing was nonsense, it isn’t.
He can help and it is worth exploring, I am very confident omesh can help anyone who wants it and I can’t thank him enough for my new perspective I now have.

Before i began to see Omesh I was seeing another counsellor who was just papering over the cracks and not really helping my situation.

A mate of mine was seeing him and said how good he was, I got in touch and said I’d be difficult to deal with. Within the first hour of talking to him I literally talked about every aspect of myself and my troubles with so much ease. He challenges you on your ways of thinking and gives it back to you to explore. It’s quite unique!!

I found Omesh when i was at the lowest point in my life. I found his details on Bark and called him on a Sunday afternoon. Having sobbed on the phone to him about my troubles, he came to see me that evening.

Omesh has weird way of making you feel instantly comfortable and free to express how you really feel. Not how you talk to friends/family, but with complete honesty about EVERYTHING!

I have struggled all my life with depression and anixety and as a result have developed an eating disorder which HAD taken over my life. Omesh has seen me at darkest times, times when i didn't see any reason in carrying on - didn't want to believe things could get better. He turned up every week and supported me through everything. He even answered the phone if i was having a bad day.(With no charge i might add)

I'm a few months into my councelling and i have to say, i've never felt better! I still have work to do and i know there will be dark days ahead, but it is managable. I am on a journey and couldn't think of anyone better to support me along the way.

Omesh has given me my life back. He has given me hope. He has taught me how to not only accept who i am, but to love who i am!

I find myself looking forward to our weekly sessions. I look forward to learning more about myself and pushing myself.

Omesh is one outstanding person, the service he gives is literally second to none.

I researched heavily for a loved one of mine, the needs were pretty complex and I spoke with numerous counsellors (5 to be precise) I found Omesh to be in a league of his own, his dedication, ambition, will to succeed, selflessness and professionalism coupled with knowledge is literally off the scale.
